After immigration, continue your scenic uphill drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s vibrant capital surrounded by Himalayan landscapes. Visit iconic landmarks like the Tashichho Dzong, Buddha Dordenma, and Folk Heritage Museum to explore the cultural depth of this Himalayan kingdom.

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative who will assist in transferring you to Phuentsholing (approx. 170 km / 5 hrs) – the gateway to Bhutan. This vibrant border town is a bustling hub for trade and tourism. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Rest for the day or take a leisurely stroll through the market.
Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

After breakfast, complete immigration formalities and begin your scenic uphill journey to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital (approx. 176 km / 6 hrs). Enjoy panoramic views of hills, rivers, and valleys as you drive along the winding mountain roads. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the majestic Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Bhutanese government and monastic institutions.

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Visit the serene Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Point), the spiritual National Memorial Chorten, and the Folk Heritage Museum, offering a glimpse into Bhutanese rural traditions. Later in the day, transfer to Paro (approx. 65 km / 2 hrs). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel.

Today after breakfast, explore the cultural gems of Paro. Begin with a visit to Ta Dzong, home to the National Museum, featuring historical and religious artifacts. Continue to Rinpung Dzong, a fine example of Bhutanese architecture and administrative center. In the afternoon, visit Drukgyel Dzong, the ruined fortress that once repelled Tibetan invasions. End the day with a visit to the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Bhutan.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward journey. Tour ends with beautiful memories of the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
