YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Upon arrival at Paro Airport, meet our representative and drive to Thimphu (65 km / approx. 2 hrs). On arrival, check in to your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely walk around Thimphu town in the evening to get a feel of Bhutan’s unique culture. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

After breakfast, begin exploring Thimphu with a visit to Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Dordenma), National Memorial Chorten, and the Folk Heritage Museum. After lunch, continue to Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, and Takin Preserve – home to Bhutan’s national animal. In the evening, explore the majestic Tashichho Dzong. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdue (77 km / approx. 3 hrs). Stop at Dochu-La Pass (3,150m) en route for breathtaking Himalayan views. On arrival, check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Punakha Dzong, a stunning riverside fortress. Later, take a gentle hike to Chimi Lhakhang, known as the Temple of Fertility. Overnight stay in Punakha/Wangdue.

After breakfast, drive to Paro (140 km / approx. 5 hrs), stopping at Royal Botanical Park, Lamperi on the way. Upon reaching Paro, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, explore Ta Dzong (National Museum) and the magnificent Rinpung Dzong, known for its unique architecture. Overnight stay in Paro .

After breakfast, set off for a memorable hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) – Bhutan’s most iconic and spiritual site perched on a cliffside. Later, visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and the ancient Kyichu Monastery. Overnight stay in Paro.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Paro Airport for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Bhutan.
